HOW WE WORK

Our New Roof Process

1. Consultation and Design Review
We start with your drawings, goals and budget, check pitch, spans, penetrations and exposure, and raise any risk early.
2. Itemised Quote
A clear scope with materials, profiles, underlay, fixings, flashings and timing. Provisional sums and exclusions are called out so there are no surprises.
3. Pre start and protection
We sequence with your builder, set up edge protection or scaffolding, and protect landscaping and driveways.
4. Installation to specification
Sheets, tiles or membrane are installed to manufacturer instructions and Code requirements. Each critical stage is photographed for your records.
5. QA, handover and warranties
A quality checklist, a full clean-up and a site wide magnetic nail sweep. You receive workmanship warranty, product warranties and care guidance.
